Playbook

The client acquisition playbook for Muslim coaches and consultants.

A plain account of how we diagnose, rebuild and scale acquisition for founders selling expertise — and the mistakes that keep most of them stuck.

Why most Muslim coaches stall between £5k and £15k a month

The ceiling is almost never effort. It's a system where the offer, the traffic and the sales conversation were built at different times by different people, so nothing compounds. A creator posts daily but has no capture. A consultant runs ads to a page that was written for a different audience. A coach books calls but sells a price the funnel never justified. Revenue plateaus because the weakest link resets the whole chain every month.

Fix the offer before you buy attention

Paid traffic multiplies whatever the offer already does. If the promise is vague, the audience broad or the price detached from the outcome, spending more simply makes the leak faster. Tighten the promise to a single measurable result, for a single defined buyer, over a defined timeframe — then price against the value of that result rather than the hours it takes you.

Build one route from attention to booked call

You need exactly one path: content that proves the claim, a capture point that collects intent, a page that carries the promise, and a booking step that filters for readiness. Track it end to end — impressions, opt-ins, booked calls, shows, closes. Most founders cannot say which of those five numbers is failing, which is precisely why the fix keeps missing.

Close on clarity, not pressure

High-integrity selling outperforms manufactured urgency over any period longer than a quarter. Diagnose the buyer's situation, state honestly whether you can produce the result, and let the price stand on the outcome. Refusing the wrong client protects delivery quality, which protects testimonials, which is the only durable acquisition asset you own.

Keep the growth halal

No interest-based financing offers, no inflated income claims, no fake scarcity, no imagery or messaging that compromises your standing with your own community. These constraints are not a handicap — they force clearer positioning and attract buyers who stay.
